I.OBJECT
The provider, responsible for the website, places at users disposal this document, which is intended to fulfill the obligations under Directive 2000/31/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of June 8 on certain aspects of the services of the information society (Law 7081/2000), in particular the electronic commerce in the internal market (Directive on electronic commerce) regulated in Spain by Law 34/2002 of Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), and inform all users of the website regarding the terms of use it.
Any person accessing this site assumes the role of user, committing to the observance and enforcement of the provisions referred to here and to all laws that may apply.

These results are based on mathematical models on which the provider does provide any warranty, being possible that the market value of the evaluated technologies or patents is higher or lower than the value calculated by using the website. The market value might be influenced by multiple factors such as legal, technological, commercial, strategic or financial elements which could be not covered by the mathematical model used for the services of the provider associated with the website, as well as other factors that might be beyond the control of the provider or user.
The decisions and actions taken by the user as a result of the valuation results obtained from the use of the website or its associated services, are the sole responsibility of the user. The provider does not assume any liability for actions arising from the use of the website that were undertaken by the user, including those related with financial investments, claims and patent granting procedure, or any other actions or business, commercial, economic, financial or strategic operations.

1. Inclusion of personal data to the files of TRIBALYTE TECHNOLOGIES S.L
In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, LOPD and other related legislation, is informed that all personal data provided by the User through the website will be stored and processed in files owned by the Company duly registered with the AEPD, with registration number: 2131200209 and called "CUSTOMER / SUPPLIER" for the following purposes: management and maintenance of the website, and keep informed, including by electronic means, on the products of the Company.
The completion of all data requested by the Website is required for the optimum delivery of the services made available to the user. If not all the information is provided, the Company does not warrant that the information and services can be provided, are properly provided or adjusted to the needs of the user.
2. Exercise of rights of opposition, cancellation or modification of user data.

TRIBALYTE TECHNOLOGIES S.L. keeps the necessary levels of security to protect the personal data under the current laws of Spain. In particular, the Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data and Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, approving the Regulations implementing Law 15 / 1999 of December 13, Protection of Personal Data and its subsequent amendments.
It also keeps the preceptive contracts regarding the protection of personal data (LOPD) with those suppliers which necessarily has to deal with, especially hosting providers. Additionally, has proven that the protocols followed by any collaborator of the Company comply with the mandatory security standards required by the AEPD, the LOPD and other applicable regulations especially what relates to their treatment.

TRIBALYTE TECHNOLOGIES S.L, for itself or other third party contracted to provide measurement services, may use cookies when the User browses the Website. Cookies are files sent to the browser by a web server in order to record user activities during its navigation.
