Valoración de patentes y comercialización – Cómo obtener el máximo partido a las patentes para su negocio

La Organización Helénica de la Propiedad Industrial (OBI) y la Academia Europea de Patentes han celebrado recientemente el seminario “Valoración de patentes y comercialización – Cómo obtener el máximo partido a las patentes para su negocio”, en los días 20-21 de marzo de 2014 en Atenas (Grecia). El evento fue organizado con motivo de la Presidencia griega del Consejo de la Unión Europea.

El objetivo principal del seminario fue proporcionar formación en profundidad sobre la gestión de derechos de propiedad industrial (PI), así como una visión de las principales técnicas de auditoría y evaluación de patentes. Más concretamente, el seminario se centró en la valoración económica de la PI y en la evaluación de sus riesgos asociados. Asimismo, el seminario trató numerosos aspectos relacionados con las técnicas recomendadas y desaconsejadas en procesos de comercialización de patentes. El evento contó con la participación 127 profesionales procedentes de 22 países, y su apertura fue realizada por A. Skordas, Viceministro griego de Desarrollo y Competitividad.
